The whole character of the neighborhood is at risk. If this building is completed many others will follow. This is a very important battle. Huge buildings, higher rents, no affordable housing, less parking, noise, more traffic, and even more crowded subways. This building has two permits approved due to some loop holes and is trying to get the foundation completed before the new zoning can be approved to stop their project. We need whole community's and any interested persons help to let the City knowing we are complaining and demanding action about this building invading the character of our neighborhood.
